Castle Rushen High School is hosting Flourish or Founder - a climate change & peak oil debate. Panelists are ministers Phil Gawne & John Shimmin, MEA Chair, Quintin Gill, and Green Columnist, ffinlo Costain. The debate will be broadcast on Manx Radio later in the summer. N.B. Chris Bale, Chief Executive, Ocean Electric Power, is now on the panel in place of Peter Taylor.
